Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’ve successfully installed GospeLink 2001! Why do I still have the old GospeLink or Infobase program on my computer?

A. GospeLink 2001 is a completely new program that uses newer and different than previous GospeLink and Infobase products. You can still use the older versions, or you can remove the older versions and reclaim hard-drive space by clicking Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.

Q. Why does the Previous User Version of GospeLink 2001 ask for a disc from the old GospeLink or Infobase products during installation when the old program is already installed on my computer?

A. So you can install GospeLink 2001 on a brand-new computer without first having to install an older product. To verify that you own the older product, you’ll be prompted to insert a data disc from the previous GospeLink or Infobase products.
